CVE-2026-46137
Linux Kernel race condition
- Published28 May 2026
Description
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mptcp: pm: ADD_ADDR rtx: fix potential data-race This mptcp_pm_add_timer() helper is executed as a timer callback in softirq context. To avoid any data races, the socket lock needs to be held with bh_lock_sock(). If the socket is in use, retry again soon after, similar to what is done with the keepalive timer.

How Secuno handles this
Secuno correlates vulnerabilities like CVE-2026-46137 against the real software inventory on every managed device, every day. Rather than a static severity, each match is scored in context: exploit availability, EPSS, the asset's exposure, and business criticality decide where it lands in the queue. If an affected version is present anywhere across your portfolio, it surfaces automatically with a prioritised remediation path.
