Common questions
How does pricing work?
You pay per month, excluding VAT, billed monthly. Standard is €249 per month including 50 devices; each additional device is €2.50 per month. Managed ITDR and Threat Intelligence are added per organisation. Example: 80 devices is €249 + 30 × €2.50 = €324 per month.
What counts as a device?
Every Windows or Linux device running the Secuno agent. A device you remove from the platform no longer counts.
What is a licensed identity?
An account in your Microsoft 365 tenant with a Microsoft 365 licence assigned. Accounts without a licence are not counted. The platform reads the licence assignments itself, so the number you pay for is the number you see in the tenant.
Why is Threat Intelligence priced per user?
Dark web monitoring checks every monitored email address against known breaches every day, and each check costs us money. One user is one monitored email address.
Is Web Exposure part of Standard?
Yes. Web Exposure is included, with 5 websites per organisation. Each additional website is €2.50 per month. It checks only the websites you add; the platform never adds a site on its own.
I am an MSP or a large organisation. Why is there no price?
MSPs and MSSPs get partner pricing below the public price, with volume pricing across all of your clients together. Large organisations get a proposal sized to their estate. Request a quote and you will hear from us within one business day.
Are there setup costs?
No. Agent rollout, CVE database, and SECAI risk scoring are included in the subscription. Fully operational within one working day.
Where is my data stored?
On our own infrastructure in the Netherlands, and no data is sent to external AI. Threat Intelligence does query external sources: email addresses to Have I Been Pwned, public IP addresses to Shodan and file hashes to VirusTotal. Without that module, none of this happens.
Are software updates included?
Yes. All platform updates, new CVE synchronisations, and SECAI model improvements are included for the duration of your subscription.
