The correlation engine arrives
The foundation of Secuno's automated security analysis: the correlation engine compares the full CVE database against installed software on every managed device and automatically generates actionable risks.
New
- Deterministic correlation: the engine reads software inventories from all active devices, normalises product names, compares installed versions against vulnerable version ranges, and generates one correlated risk per client per CVE.
- Fully idempotent: repeated runs never create duplicates. When software is patched, the risk is automatically closed. If the vulnerability returns, the risk is automatically reopened. Manually accepted or false-positive risks are never automatically overwritten.
- Every risk includes direct links to the affected devices and the source vulnerability.
- Administrators can run correlation per client, per specific CVE, or across the full database; suitable for staged rollouts.
